Dr.Brock Mattson
Brock grew up in Blue Hill, Maine. He is a 1996 George Stevens Academy graduate, where he met and later married his wife, Jessica. He graduated as a Doctor of Chiropractic in April of 2008 from the prestigious Logan College in St. Louis, Missouri. After working in Maryland, Dr. and Mrs. Mattson moved back to Maine to open a Practice, be closer to their families and to start their own family. They now have two beautiful children, Madison and Keenan.
Dr. Bob Nesiba, ( also a Logan graduate ) planned on retiring, but wanted a Chiropractor he could trust with his patient base. He met Dr. Mattson, and they got along very well. The result... Dr. Mattson, purchased Dr. Nesiba's practice. They worked together for a short time and Dr. Mattson took over when Dr. Nesiba retired in December of 2009. He keeps the name as Nesiba-Mattson Chiropractic and Wellness Center as homage to the fantastic work Dr. Nesiba did over the years.
Dr. Mattson’s expertise extends beyond the treatment of such common ailments as headaches, neck pain and back pain. A background in physical therapy, which he studied at Husson University, allows him to treat a wide range of additional problems. He is also certified in Active Release Techniques and by the Titleist Performance Institute as a golf, fitness and medical professional and can help golfers avoid incurring repetitive injuries.
“There’s no one anywhere near the area that does that.'
